A devout Catholic and former college basketball player, Rick Bainbridge approaches both work and life with discipline, humility, and heart. After relocating to Charlotte, North Carolina in 1996, Rick led one of the region’s premier design-build remodeling firms, earning recognition such as Charlotte Chamber Entrepreneur of the Year and Remodeler of the Year for North Carolina and the Southeast. His leadership helped redefine home renovation in the region, emphasizing collaboration between design, production, and client relations. Outside the job site, Rick is passionate about opera, basketball, antique cars, Italian food, and travel, and he remains committed to charitable giving—supporting organizations like St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and the V Foundation for Cancer Research.
